At this conference Track Two and conference participants will explore the activity of Russians who have left Russia in the aftermath of the February 2022 invasion of Ukraine. Our network maintains open channels of communication across borders and despite conflicts. We remain ardent in the belief that these friendships and collaborations can be harnessed to build a more peaceful future.
