Jean Claude Bouis

Jean-Claude Bouis is a writer, editor, and photographer with a 25-year journalistic career at The Associated Press and The New York Times. He was subsequently a senior financial editor at Standard & Poor's where, for 11 years, he organized and crafted analytical reports on Russia and other emerging markets, managing their distribution in S&P's global publications. Previously he served for four years as a missile launch officer in the U.S. Air Force and subsequently has followed closely the international growth of the nuclear weapons industry.
