Vladimir Burkanov

Vladimir Burkanov graduated from the Kirov Agricultural Institute, Russia, in 1980 with a Masters's Degree in Wildlife Biology in the field of marine mammals. Since 1979, he has been actively involved in marine mammal and fisheries management and numerous marine mammal research and conservation projects in the Russian Far East.
