Charles Maynes

Charles Maynes is NPR's current Moscow Correspondent. Charles has produced several special reports, including one on the Space Bridges that involved Vladimir Pozner, Kim Spencer and others from the Track Two network.  Charles has been involved with 2 Academy Award Sound Editing Awards, "U-571" and "Letters From Iwo Jima" and won two Emmy awards for best sound editing for HBO's miniseries "The Pacific", and the History Channel's "Gettysburg" produced by Ridley and Tony Scott.
