Ksenia Semenova, Director, Track Two: An Institute for Citizen Diplomacy. She is currently working on a book about citizen diplomacy and Track Two's experience and expertise in building strong ties between Russia and America during the Soviet period.
In 2020, Ksenia co-founded The Sequence, a newsletter that focuses on AI education and makes it accessible to everyone. This year, she is launching Turing Post, a media publication about AI, its history, current implementation, and trends.
Before becoming a publisher, she led a number of business development initiatives at the award-winning fintech company Cindicator. From 2014 to 2015, she worked as a contributing writer for the Institute of Modern Russia. Her article "A New Wave of Emigration: The Best Are Leaving," was selected as one of the Institute's top 10 analyses of 2015 and was later cited in an Atlantic Council report. From 2017 to 2019, she contributed to Stratfor as an expert on Russia.
